By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I hereby declare that as a Future Of Mining attendee, I am aware, I understand and agree with the additional conditions below:

1. Media Recording

1.1. I agree that images and videos are made for safety, training and promotional purposes of myself and any enrolled participants for whom I am responsible.

2. Media Usage Rights

2.1. I understand that participation in the activities of Better Than Reality Virtual Reality Training, just like other physical (sports) activities, are strenuous, heavy, intensive, unknown and entails the risk of injury.

2.2. I am aware, understand and accept all risks, both known and unknown, regarding the use and participation in the activities of Better Than Reality Virtual Reality Training for myself and all participant(s) under my responsibility for whom I am signing.
